Cooking Instructions:

Grill From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Before cooking, preheat oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 and remove all packaging. Massage 5ml of Olive Oil into the Lamb Rump Steak and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Before serving ensure food is piping hot throughout. This is a guide only, all cooking appliances vary.

Just perfect

Excellent lamb rump steaks. Nice size, we used one each and there was plenty of meat for us. I lightly sprayed with oil, wrapped loosely in foil and cooked on 170 in my Ninja airfryer for 20 minutes, opened the foil and cooked for a further 10 minutes, left to rest in foil for 30 minutes and the lamb was so moist and tender. Delivery was on time and in the time frame given so I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks.

Nothing like advertised

The 4 lamb rump steaks that I received was nothing like the 4 advertised on the website, the 4 tiny square lamb rump steaks I received was very disappointing to say the least & once cooked they certainly would not be a good Sunday lunch for my family. And at £24 it's not a good deal & I certainly would not recommend buying them to anyone. I just wish I could post a photo of the ones I received they don't even look nice.

The lamb was not tough and was of good quality.

Hmmmm problems

Rump steaks good but........
I have tried to contact customer services now 3 times and they are not responding.
If they don't respond soon I will no longer be using althams...........
