To Pan Fry From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking

Before cooking, preheat 5ml of oil in a pan. Remove all packaging and place mince into a frying pan and distribute evenly. Pan fry on a high heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain off fat halfway through. Before serving, ensure food is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Lovely lean mince. Very tasty. Have recently converted from supermarket mince and the Quality from Altham's is far superior in quality and taste.

Been buying mince from supermarkets and even the steak mince is not as good as this. Will definitely be buying more. I was watching QVC one afternoon and found the butchers name, so glad I did and can't wait to try the rest of the meat/poultry we had delivered
