Cooking instructions:

Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Before cooking, preheat oven 170°C / Fan 150°C / Gas 3. Remove all packaging and lightly season the shanks with salt, pepper and a little flour. Fry the shanks over a medium heat until browned on both sides. Place into a casserole dish with 500ml of stock, cover and place in the oven for 2 - 2.5 hours. Before serving ensure food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Outstanding!

Absolutely love the lamb shanks! Second time we've had them and will definitely be ordering again. Both times we cooked them to the recommended instructions on the website and they were delicious, with the meat just sliding off the bone. Other half said mine tasted as good as a top-class restaurant's. Result!
