Cooking instructions:
Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6 and remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tin, and roast in the oven for 30 minutes, then turn the heat down to 180°C/160°C fan/gas 4 and cook for 10-15 minutes per 450g depending on how you like your meat (10 minutes per 450g will give you rare meat and 15 minutes will give you meat that is cooked through).
After cooking allow to rest for 30 minutes loosely covered with foil. Before serving, ensure product is piping hot throughout.
