Cooking instructions:

Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Before cooking, preheat oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging and place Lamb into a small roasting tin, and lightly season. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. If you prefer your Lamb more well done, cook for a further 5-10 minutes. Once cooked, allow to rest for 15 minutes loosely covered with foil (this enhances the flavour). Before serving ensure food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout.
