
Cooking instructions:
Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging and place Lamb into a small roasting tin, and lightly season. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. If you prefer your Lamb more well done, cook for a further 5-10 minutes. Once cooked, allow to rest for 15 minutes loosely covered with foil (this enhances the flavour). Before serving ensure food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
