Cooking Instructions:
Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 and remove all packaging. With kitchen towel, pat dry the skin of the duck breast to remove the excess moisture. Preheat 5ml of oil in a frying pan and score the skin of the Duck Breast before lightly seasoning with Salt and Pepper. Place the Duck Breast skin side down in the frying pan and sear for 3-5 minutes until the skin is a crisp golden brown colour.
Once seared place the Duck Breast onto a baking tray, skin side up and place on the middle shelf of the preheated oven. Cook for 15-18 minutes or for 18-20 minutes if you desire your Duck more well done, once cooked rest for 5 minutes. Before serving ensure food is piping hot throughout.
