Chicken Breast stuffed with Haggis
To Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 5 and remove all packaging. Preheat a small amount of oil in a pan and sear the chicken breasts for a minute on each side. Once seared put on a tray and place into the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Before serving ensure food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
