Cooking instructions:
Oven Cook from Chilled - If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat oven to 190°C/ Fan 170°C/ Gas 5. Remove all packaging and place the ribs on a baking tray cover the tray tightly with foil and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 70 minutes, remove foil and then cook for a further 20 mins. Before serving, ensure food is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
For a char-grilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.
