Cooking instructions:
To Grill From Chilled - If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging and cut into slices (roughly 2-3cm each) and place on a grill pan. Grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Before serving ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
