Cooking Instructions:

Oven cook from chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Before cooking, preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Remove all packaging and place fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes turning halfway through. Before serving ensure food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

To Pan Fry From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Before cooking, preheat 5ml of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and place into the frying pan. Cook on a moderate heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Before serving ensure food is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. 

For A Char-grilled Barbecue Effect - cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.
