Cooking instructions:
Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat oven 200°C / Fan 220°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging and leave to rest until meat reaches room temperature. Season the meat and then place fat side down in a preheated frying pan and sear both sides. Once seared place Lamb into a roasting tin, and place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes. If you prefer your Lamb more well done, cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
Once cooked, allow to rest for 15 minutes loosely covered with foil (this enhances the flavour). Before serving ensure food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
